Well, AutoPacific held its 2013 Ideal Vehicle Awards which is based on a model-year survey where they assess over 52,000 vehicle owner responses across all major manufacturers. These owners have had their vehicles for 90 days or more, and the awards are determined by the highest volume of owners whose expectations were met after three months of ownership. Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A., Inc., earned three Ideal Vehicle Awards (IVAs). Two of the vehicles are from the Japanese automaker's luxury brand, Lexus, and the third one? Well, we're talking about the Avalon Hybrid, which is why we prompted you with those earlier questions.
As you may recall, the Avalon Hybrid is equipped with the company's car drive technology, Hybrid Synergy Drive. At 200-horsepower, the Avalon Hybrid achieves 40 miles per gallon city/highway, and you'll dig both the interior and the exterior. The exterior exudes an air of an approachable refinement; in other words, it's sleek but down-to-earth. The interior exemplifies the same level of refinement, but you feel comfortable and right at home the moment you sit down and get your hands on the wheel. It just feels right.
