Lately, Toyota has been toying with more daring ventures in the automotive world. The Japanese automaker's luxury arm recently developed an all-new supercar, the LFA, and its youth brand recently released a jointly-developed, rear-wheel drive sports coupe, the FR-S. So what does the actual Toyota brand aim to release next? Many are speculating that it could be a fifth-generation Toyota Supra sports car.

Everyone at DCH Toyota of Torrance thinks that would make a find addition to the new Toyota lineup available to drivers in the greater Torrance area and beyond. Of course, we realize that some of you out there might want a bit more of an explanation before taking out word for it. That said, here's a breakdown of what we know about the fifth-generation Toyota Supra based on previous concepts and prototypes that have made their way through the auto show circuit in recent years.

It's been ten years since the last time Toyota produced the Supra sports car. And with a long history dating back to 1978, we aren't all that surprised to see Toyota preparing to take another shot at the Supra with this latest concept.
