Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
  • Daily knowledge of used car inventory
  • Keep abreast of features, conditions, and warranty status of used vehicle makes and models
  • Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources (phone, walk-ins, newspaper ads, referrals, etc.)
  • Work with Sales Managers to ensure individual and department sales goals are met


Requirements:

  • Sales experience (preferably in the automotive industry)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with automotive financing
  • Positive attitude and outgoing demeanor

Internet Sales Consultant

 

The Internet Sales Consultant position is for self -starting sales professionals with knowledge of how to use the Internet. The Internet Sales Consultant is responsible for generating and working Internet leads. This position is held accountable for setting appointments, doing follow up, and the closing of internet business. If you are a sales person with drive, determination, and sales expertise you could be instrumental in helping increase the overall dealership business.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all sales activities generated from our Internet sales division
  • Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
  • Conduct business in a variety of traditional and non-traditional methods, such as email, telephone, in-person appointments, and others


Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Superior communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent follow-through skills
  • Solid working knowledge of the Internet
  • Understanding of manufacturer's specifications
  • Familiarity with automotive financing
  • Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude

Service Advisor

The goal of this position is to assist our customers with all of our service needs. That means building loyalty and trust, and creating an overall positive experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling appointments
  • Generating estimates
  • Conducting post-repair follow-up
  • Resolving customer complaints

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work with little supervision
  • The drive to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Experience in the automotive industry strongly preferred.
