Heading up in trim, the top-of-the-line four-cylinder Access Cab 4x4 with automatic transmission comes in at $25,865, only $10 more than last year's version.

There are Tacoma models with 4.0-liter 236-hp V6 engines available, starting at $23,570 for rear-wheel drive. A Tacoma PreRunner Access Cab starts at almost the same price, and a top tier Tacoma Double Cab 4x4 V6 caps it all with a $28,645 MSRP.
